Note: Each visit has a $20 Travel Fee that is not included in the package price. You may schedule more than one session per visit (ie. spouses/partners with sessions back to back, or mini-parties at the same location, or family members with back to back sessions at the same location). You are charged the travel fee per visit, not per person if more than one session is in the same visit. For payment, you can pay the travel fee at the time of the visit or use the Paypal option below to prepay your travel fees for single sessions or packages.

What To Consider as you choose your sessions:

All Essence services (ie. therapist/client, instructor/client) in massage, bodywork, meditation, and yoga come in sessions or packages. If would like a single session, please choose from the session length times below (30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes).
Wellness Packages are also available (180 minutes, 5 and 10 sessions, Combo packages) and are often the most affordable way to maintain a consistent practice in wellness. Packages can be used for massage, bodywork, meditation, and yoga services and can be shared between spouses, partners, and family (at purchase, please give the names of those you wish to be on the package with you). Wellness packages have a 1 year expiration from the date of issue/purchase.
Gift Certificates are also available for any single session or package. Payment can be made in person or online (through Paypal) for the single session or package you choose and a gift certificate can be made by request. Single session gift certificates have a 3 month expiration from the date of issue/purchase. Wellness packages and Human Heart Research Study gift certificates have a 1 year expiration from the date of issue/purchase.
Outcall/At-Home fees are $20 per visit and can be paid at the time of service or with the full purchase of the Single Session, Wellness Package, or Acupressure Study on the Heart. Please look below for travel charges specific to each.
Payment can be made in person with cash or personal check (made to The Essence Studio), or you can pay online by debit or credit card through Paypal (a secure online payment option).
Monetary refunds are not given for any purchase, but packages can be transferred to other family members or friends. Please feel free to ask any questions needed to make sure you make the purchase that is right for your needs.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please call or email your therapist or instructor within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. A $20 fee is charged for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
Gratituity accepted and appreciated, though not required.

Human Heart Research Study

You may choose a service (acupressure, shiatsu, swedish massage, therapeutic massage, personal yoga instruction, or vibrational music meditation sessions) as part of an individual study on your heart (physical and energetic/emotional responses) to help transform your health and life into balance.
