Meditation and yoga, while it comes in many forms, reaches all. The tools help us connect with ourselves, each other, and the world with authenticity, love, richness, acceptance, and fullness. Personal practice helps us create foundation in ourselves, almost as a way to help us establish discipline in order to see the benefits in our mind, body, and heart. Community practice allows us to bring the personal practice to a place of connection and it is there where community can create unity. From there, we can truly realize how common we really are and that separation is an illusion. We also realize how much being in community can do amazing things for creating a healthier world...just by sitting together, moving together, being together, talking together, and even laughing together. So, I invite you, wherever you are at, in the midst of whatever challenge you may feel, to try it out, and just see what happens. It might be the best thing you ever did.




Meditation & Yoga Private Instruction:
Private meditation and yoga instruction is provided on an outcall, at-home, outreach basis to create an individualized connection that assesses and works with the client's personal needs, health history, and goals. This is excellent for establishing a good foundation in the tools of meditation and yoga while progressing to a deeper practice. This type of instruction allows you to ask questions, receive guidance, develop your inner teacher, create your personal practice, and progress in a safe way towards health, trusting your inner wisdom, and self-awareness. Private instruction is provided for meditation or yoga individually or can be blended together in a session. Meditation & Healing Series:
Foundation: This series is primarily focused on using meditation as a practice of awareness, natural health, and wellness through exploration of your true being and inner wisdom. The individual workshops will blend explorations into meditation (awareness), breath, alignment, health patterns of disease and dis-ease, traditional chinese medicine (TCM), energy medicine, bodywork, movement, yoga, and mind-body awareness coupled with community conversation through a light-hearted, authentic, accepting, and engaging atmosphere to help create guidance, awakening of perspective, and connection to ourselves, our health, and each other.
