Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud, it is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the truth. Love always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends. Love never fails."
~Corinthians 13: 4-8

Her practices are infused with an eclectic blend of therapeutic massage, energywork, and movement that have been known to awaken and release freedom and healing in the heart, body, and spirit. As part of connecting with her own essence (heart/life source), Jennifer enjoys seeing others tune in to find the laughter, grace, authenticity, integrity, health, wisdom, and love that resides inside, setting the foundation for opening flowing pathways within and with each other. She brings a depth of awareness, honesty, and compassion to her work, highly influenced by her life experience as well as education and self exploration in psychology, meditation, voice, writing, spirituality, massage and bodywork, dance, choreography, photography, yoga, and naturopathic/homeopathic medicine.
Jennifer grew up in southern Indiana and graduated with a BA degree in Psychology from DePauw University in Greencastle, IN. She began her career initially in the automotive and sealant industry working with two sister companies where she created and managed internal quality auditing systems and teams, engaging with many levels from production employees to executive management. After helping to lead the companies to achieve a significant quality certification, she transitioned her career to follow her longtime interest in medicine and wellness, guiding her to move to Arizona in October 2000. Soon after and along the way, she trained in massage and bodywork with Arizona School of Massage Therapy (2001) and Spiritwinds School of Thai Massage (2002), yoga therapy with Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy (2005), and completed hatha yoga teacher training in 2007. She also studies the dharma of Zen Buddhism, meditation, and koans and took refuge, pure, and bodhisattava vows in 2007 under the Zen tradition.
Currently, Jennifer is a serious student of homeopathic medicine, pursuing her longtime vision of becoming a homeopathic doctor/physician of wellness, specializing in environmental and women's medicine. She began her doctorate studies in 2008 in naturopathic medicine and due to a heart touching life change at the beginning of 2011, she chose to vitally continue her studies soon after at the American Medical College of Homeopathy in Phoenix, AZ. She has also been teaching part-time as Adjunct Faculty with Maricopa Community Colleges since 2005, sharing courses in massage, bodywork, and energy medicine. Jennifer has practiced massage and bodywork professionally and has enjoyed educating in this profession since 2002. She found her way into healing practices initially through dance nearly 20 years ago in her teens which later evolved into a creative practice of dancing meditation as a way to use the body as an authentic form of healing expression, exploration, and communication. She began studying yoga formally with teachers in 2002 and meditation in 2004. As part of her service to the massage and bodywork field, Jennifer held a board member position with the AZ Board of Massage Therapy from 2008-2011 where her purpose was to help regulate licensed massage therapists and assist in the evolutionary progress and practice of the field. She respectfully resigned from this board in 2011 in order deepen her focus in learning medicine.
