Just how well do you feel you know and feel healthy with yourself?   So often, it is easy to judge what is happening outside of us and be frustrated in relationships, whether they be interpersonal, health, spiritual, or global.  Sometimes we don't understand why people do what they do or why the world is the way it is or we do and judge it, so in the midst, we can simply become complacent, hopeless, powerless, jaded, unhealthy, aggressive, drained, perfectionistic, angry, reactive, or even vengeful.  Yet often, we are just simply trying to get our own needs met to live happy, purposeful, vibrant, prosperous, flowing, and fulfilling lives.   So in the marrying and marinating that we do outside of us to seek the right bonds and fruits, why not choose to truly MARRY YOURSELF FIRST?  By working within the marriage of knowledge, awareness, and acceptance of ourselves, we learn more profoundly how to create vital change outside of us, therefore more effectively creating a healthier, vital, and fulfilling world inside and out.  Join Jennifer for this transforming meditation and yoga workshop with engaging discussions where you will learn how to bring vital fulfillment into your life by accessing and expressing more fully your true nature and true self.

Tai Chi Dance: Synergizing with the Flow,
A Community Moving
with Jennifer Coomes BA LMT RYT
Stay tuned for New Date!

Tai Chi is an amazing artful form of meditative movement that is designed to help create and inspire awareness, presence, relaxation, and health through gentle and conscious movements of the hands, the body, and our inner living energy called "chi."  It is a way to understand your dance through your body, your actions, your feelings, your thoughts, and your energy, and how that relationship is symbolic and connected to how you move in your life.  In this powerful, fun, and transforming workshop, you'll learn how to connect fundamental movements of Tai Chi with breath, body awareness, and the flow of dance, creativity, connection, spontaneity, and community. Join us for a health-inspired meditation and movement practice that is has its functional and practical uses in life while being relaxing, releasing, creative, and liberating!

Out of our learning of the fundamentals, we'll then work together to use these basic movements to create "A Community Moving," a consciousness of flow where each person's movements are connected to each other in a feeding, giving, and receiving pattern.  Through this process, you'll not only learn how your actions and energy affect yourself, but how they contribute to the people around you and a community as a whole. Wherever you are at, you'll recognize a deeper connection to yourself and each other more honestly and fully.  Not only will this be a work of moving art which is amazing to see, (which is also often known as "performance art"), the energy and transformation that takes place is powerfully healing, shifting, and expansive.  And let's not forget, playful and fun!  This is a great way to get your juice flowing and experience your health and creativity in a way that is thriving, useful, and community building!

No experience necessary, all are welcome!
